Why Train at Altitude?
Altitude challenges the body to use oxygen more efficiently. This can produce benefits such as increased power, speed, endurance and stamina, as well as reduced recovery time. These are performance benefits that your body would otherwise not achieve through typical training at sea level. Learn more about the science behind training at altitude.
What Elevation Will I Be Training At?
Each day of the week, our facility will rotate through three altitude ‘zones’ – Montane (4000 ft – 6000 ft), Sub-Alpine (6000 ft – 8500 ft) and Alpine (8500 ft – 11500 ft). Ask us about the benefits of training in each zone: firstname.lastname@example.org.
