What Elevation Will I Be Training At?

Each day of the week, our facility will rotate through three altitude ‘zones’ – Montane (4000 ft – 6000 ft), Sub-Alpine (6000 ft – 8500 ft) and Alpine (8500 ft – 11500 ft). Ask us about the benefits of training in each: info@altitudeathletictraining.com.
