**Cyclists can test on their own bikes using our Wahoo Kickr Core

Altitude Kit

Clients receive an Altitude kit containing:

  • H10 Polar Heart Rate Monitor
  • Altitude T-shirt and Water Bottle

Personalized Fitness Program

  • Based on the results of your initial assessment, your coach will help you design a goal-oriented program tailored to your fitness level and athletic pursuit
  • Your unique program will be stored and tracked using the Mywellness App.
  • The app will guide you through the workouts on your program as you do them – showing you video demonstrations of the exercises, what exercise comes next and work/rest interval lengths.

  • Full equipment integration. Bike or treadmill workouts can be scanned into the equipment through a QR code. The equipment will automatically adjust speed, incline, resistance, etc. based on what has been prescribed in your workout that day

    One-on-One Coaching Support

    • Altitude has implemented a communication platform allowing athletes to contact coaches directly on the Mywellness App.
    • Weekly coach consults are scheduled to ensure everything is on track
