Basecamp is your all-access pass to the altitude facility. Spots in the chamber must be reserved online and booked in advance of training. Here’s what you get on the Basecamp membership:

  • Provide guidance and examples of the types of workouts that are optimal for achieving specific goals at altitude – such as muscle gain, aerobic endurance and power

This metrics-driven approach combines a variety of tools and services at Altitude to help you reach your goals, like competing in a sporting event or preparing for a physically-demanding trip. Here’s what you get on the Summit membership:

1. TWO-PART PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Part One

  • Nutrition Consult
  • Blood Pressure
  • Altitude Sensitivity Test
  • InBody Body Composition Analysis
  • Resting Metabolic Rate Test
  • Mobility and Movement Quality Assessment

Part Two

  • Power and Velocity Testing using the PUSH Pro Band 2.0 
  • Clinical-grade VO2 Max Test on the bike or treadmill using the PNOE Metabolic Analyzer

2. PERSONALIZED FITNESS PROGRAM

Fitness Program

  • Based on the results of your initial assessment, your coach will design a goal-oriented program tailored to your fitness level and athletic pursuit.
  • Your unique program will be stored and tracked using the Mywellness App.
  • The app will guide you through the workouts on your program as you do them – showing you video demonstrations of the exercises, what exercise comes next and work/rest interval lengths.

Full Equipment Integration

  • Bike or treadmill workouts can be scanned into the equipment through a QR code. The equipment will automatically adjust speed, incline, resistance, etc. based on what has been prescribed in your workout that day

3. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SUPPORT

Weekly Coach Consults

  • Check-in to see how you’re doing on the program and make adjustments if necessary
  • Look through all your data that is automatically tracked every time you do a workout
  • Touch base on your nutrition plan
  • Go through exercises in your program and coach you through proper form

Coach Messaging Platform

  • Communicate directly with your coach on the Mywellness App messaging platform.
  • Ask questions about your program
  • Stay accountable
  • Share important updates about your training with your coach
