Basecamp is your all-access pass to the Altitude facility. If you’re looking to do your own thing in the gym without coach guidance or a training program, this is the membership for you. Here’s what you get on the Basecamp membership:

UNLIMITED FACILITY ACCESS
Come in and use our fully-equipped facility as often as you like, for as long as you like. With unlimited access, you never have to worry about drop-in sessions running out or going over a certain time-limit.
ALTITUDE WORKOUT LIBRARY
Although you don’t receive a personalized program from a coach with Basecamp as you do with Summit or Summit+, you’re not left completely alone. Basecamp members access a library of general workouts that can be easily followed along in our training app: the Technogym App.

SUMMIT
Unlimited Facility Access + Personalized Programming
There’s no gym membership in Toronto like our Summit membership. Start the climb towards your highest potential with unlimited facility access and a custom, comprehensive training program. This metrics-driven approach combines a variety of tools and services at Altitude to help you reach your goals, like competing in a sporting event or preparing for a physically-demanding trip. Here’s what you get on the Summit membership:
1 – FITNESS TESTING
Two-Part Performance Assessment
Performance assessments are done over two parts and include:
- Health and Fitness Consult
- InBody Body Composition Analysis
- Altitude Sensitivity Test
- Mobility and Movement Quality Assessment
- Clinical-grade VO2 Max Test on the bike or treadmill using the PNOE Metabolic Analyzer
2 – PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING
Personalized Fitness Program
Based on the results of your initial assessment, your coach will design a goal-oriented program tailored to your fitness level and athletic pursuit. Your unique program will be stored and tracked using our training app: the Technogym App.
The app will guide you through the workouts on your program as you do them – showing you video demonstrations of the exercises, what exercise comes next and work/rest interval lengths.
FULL EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION
Bike or treadmill workouts can be scanned into the equipment through a QR code. The equipment will automatically adjust speed, incline, resistance, etc. based on what has been prescribed in your workout that day
WEEKLY COACH CONSULTS
Once per week, you’ll meet with your Altitude coach to check-in, see how you’re doing on the program and make adjustments if necessary. These 30-minute meetings can also be used to:
- Look through all your data that is automatically tracked every time you do a workout
- Answer questions about your program and compliance
- Go through exercises in your program and coach you through proper form
