1 – PICK YOUR ALTITUDE ZONE

Each day of the week, our facility will rotate through three altitude zones, aside from Sunday, when the facility will remain at sea level for fitness assessments (or your own sea level workouts). Our elevation schedule is posted below and in our booking calendar so you know how high you’ll be at before you come in.

2 – SELECT YOUR EQUIPMENT

 

When you book a session at Altitude, you need to select the equipment you would like to use during your workout. There are five different equipment sections available for booking:

  RUN

   CYCLE

    CLIMB

 CYCLE [KICKR CORE]

  STRENGTH & POWER

Dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more!

 

3 – BOOK YOUR SESSION

You can use the Mywellness app to view the altitude room booking schedule and availability.
