CYCLING PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
Discover the data that actually moves the needle on the bike. This assessment measures your power production, efficiency, and endurance so you know exactly where you’re strong — and where you’re leaking watts.
What’s Included
InBody Composition Analysis
Assess segmental muscle distribution, spot imbalances that affect power transfer and stability on the bike, and understand body fat levels that may influence endurance, climbing efficiency, and overall performance.
FORCE PLATE TESTING
Measure lower-body power, stability, and neuromuscular performance through:
- Squat Jump
- Isometric Quadricep Force Test
- Isometric Single-Leg Hamstring Force Test
These tests reveal how effectively you generate, transfer and sustain force through the pedals.
Clinical-Grade VO₂ Max Test
Using medical-grade breath-by-breath analysis, we measure your aerobic capacity, respiratory efficiency, and cardiovascular performance. This gives you precise HR training zones, thresholds, and a deeper understanding of what limits — or fuels — your endurance.
Results Overview
You’ll receive a comprehensive performance report with:
- InBody Breakdown: Muscle distribution, imbalances, body fat, visceral fat
- Force Plate Results: Lower-body strength, power, and rate of force development for cycling.
- VO₂ Max Report: Heart-rate zones, thresholds, and where your performance sits compared to population norms.
