Altitude forces the body to use oxygen more efficiently. This can produce benefits such as increased power, speed, endurance and stamina, as well as reduced recovery time. Members can come in anytime during hours of operation to do their program or individual workouts. All sessions will take place at about 15.3% oxygen level, which simulates an elevation of 2500 m/8000 ft.
HOW TO BOOK
1 - DOWNLOAD THE MYWELLNESS APP
You can use the Mywellness app to view the altitude room booking schedule and availability. Sessions can be booked directly from your phone, wherever you are. Get the app below and be sure to add Altitude Athletic as your facility to view our schedule.
2 - VIEW THE SCHEDULE
Altitude offers the ability to book equipment in 30-minute slots. There are five different equipment sections available for booking – Treadmills, Bikes, Bike Trainers, Stair Master and the Power Circuit (dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes and more). If you wish to book an hour, simply book two back-to-back 30 minute slots in either the same section or in different sections to try different equipment.
*Note we are currently limiting the occupancy of each section to accomodate for safe social distancing practices.
3 - BOOK YOUR SLOT
Sessions can be booked directly from your phone, wherever you are. Members will have unlimited access to booking. Non-members must first purchase a session in order to book.
