Amazing equipment, facilities, and staff! I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in high-altitude training or looking to push themselves toward any aerobic goal. I personally trained here for 8 months in preparation for an Ironman race, working with their outstanding trainer, Yaath. I’m not sure I could have completed it without his expertise, guidance, and support.

As both a physiotherapist and personal trainer, I’m really impressed with this gym. The high-altitude environment offers a unique training benefit that can improve endurance, cardiovascular health, and overall fitness in an efficient manner.
The staff were knowledgeable and able to adjust sessions for different fitness levels, and they keep a close eye on technique and safety, which I truly appreciate from a clinical perspective.
If you’re looking for a smart, science-backed way to boost your performance, this gym is absolutely worth trying. The atmosphere was great and music was on point! 🙂

I really enjoy going to Altitude and impress by that place, firstly because its one a kind gym where you train in a low-oxygen environment to simulate a training at 10,000 feet where you are indeed at sea level outside.
Secondly by the amazing staff there. Everyone is welcoming, really nice and will help you towards your goal. A special mention to the personal trainers for their extensive knowledge and ability to truly understand which goal you want to achieve and tailor a program specific for your needs.
Highly recommended!

Amazing facility that was stocked with high quality equipment for use to train with. The gym looks almost futuristic with their set up and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to take their training to the next level with Altitude’s reduced oxygen room.
