Hands down the best gym in Toronto. I’ve trained here for Aconcagua and Ama Dablam, and l will certainly train here before my next expedition. The staff are always friendly and ensure that you are having a good time. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping you reach your training goals. Nothing comes close to training at Altitude Athletic.

Altitude Athletic Training is an excellent facility to get your workout at. It is a modern, tech-forward, beautifully designed space with top-notch equipment, and all the while you get that extra edge of a simulated altitude environment. What makes this space even more special is the people that fill it. The team is a lovely bunch. Always so positive and always there for support.

Before joining Altitude, I could never get enough self motivation to consistently go to a gym and feel confident in my exercises. At Altitude however, I have an enormous appreciation for my coaches for getting me started and, planning and tracking a much kinder, yet challenging, approach to working out. Their support and positive feedback helped my motivation, strength, and energy levels to having a daily active fitness lifestyle despite how busy my day gets. With both the excellent facility and the amazing team at Altitude Athletic Training, it is hard to imagine finding a better gym anywhere else.

I’ve been a member for almost a year! Amazing team! Everyone from the front desk staff to the trainers to the managers are amazingly friendly, kind and always helpful and supportive. They genuinely get to know who you are and what matters to you. They keep up with your fitness journey, cheering on your accomplishments and picking you back up when you’re down!

I highly recommend Altitude Athletic to anyone looking to level up their fitness. I first joined a friend and was surprised to see how dramatically different I felt training at altitude. After becoming a regular member it didn’t take long to see improvements in my strength, cardio, and heart rate both in and outside of their facilities. The staff is knowledgeable and provides a supportive and encouraging environment for all of their members who are looking to achieve personal goals. The facilities are beautiful and the equipment is top notch. This is one of the few gyms I have found that has treadmills that incline to 25% (majority are 15%). This is one of the best gyms in Toronto. The fact that it’s the only public gym to offer training at simulated altitudes is icing on the cake!

Altitude Athletic is the best gym in the city! I’ve been working out here for about 2 months and definitely notice a difference training in the oxygen chamber in terms of my endurance and performance. The hybrid membership is amazing because the weekly coach consults help me stay focussed and moving towards my goals. My coach, Kenya, is incredible, super knowledgeable and also really great at striking the balance between holding me accountable and being understanding about my busy schedule.

The facility is always clean, the equipment is top of the line and extensive, but most importantly, everyone there is so friendly, genuine and chill. I feel safe and comfortable working out here! Love love love this place and can’t say enough good things about it!!!
