I really enjoy going to Altitude and impress by that place, firstly because its one a kind gym where you train in a low-oxygen environment to simulate a training at 10,000 feet where you are indeed at sea level outside.
Secondly by the amazing staff there. Everyone is welcoming, really nice and will help you towards your goal. A special mention to the personal trainers for their extensive knowledge and ability to truly understand which goal you want to achieve and tailor a program specific for your needs.

Just got back from climbing Kilimanjaro with my son. Before taking the trip I was quite worried about the potential effects of altitude sickness BUT was lucky enough to find Altitude Training.
They set me up with a progressive training schedule that had me reach 19,500 feet (Kili Summit) a few weeks before I left. I am convinced this pre-acclimatization made a huge difference in my climb. I felt zero symptoms on the trip and could just focus on enjoying the experience.
Overall the people at the gym are very responsive, courteous and were always willing to accommodate my changing schedule. A big thank you to the whole team. I could not have done it without you.
I needed a gym that was not intimidating but also would provide a lot of bang for buck in terms of time spent due to my limited availability. Altitude has certainly delivered on this, and the staff are so helpful and inviting. It feels very comfortable and family-like without being intense if you do not want to to be. I appreciate seeing all ages as well.

If you are a competitive athlete no matter the sport you participate in or just want to be in top shape ,Altitude is where you want to train. My partner and I joined the Gym in February 2023 in order to prepare for our Kilimanjaro climb. I was 6 months post a knee replacement and I was able to rehab my knee and successfully complete the climb in July 2023. We have continued to train at 9000 feet in gym and I am in the best shape of my life. The facility is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
