If you are a competitive athlete no matter the sport you participate in or just want to be in top shape ,Altitude is where you want to train. My partner and I joined the Gym in February 2023 in order to prepare for our Kilimanjaro climb. I was 6 months post a knee replacement and I was able to rehab my knee and successfully complete the climb in July 2023. We have continued to train at 9000 feet in gym and I am in the best shape of my life. The facility is immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. So, if you want to be at the top of your physical game – join Altitude.

We found Altitude a year and and half ago in our search for a gym to help us train and get ready for climbing Kilimanjaro in the summer of 2023. This is the only facility of its kind currently in Toronto and we can honestly say by training at various altitudes in the months leading up to our climb, it allowed us to successfully summit Kili without any altitude issues!! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive and have created a wonderful fitness community to be a part of. I’m happy to be able to continue my training here as I work towards my bigger mountain climbs!! I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is looking to take their fitness level up a notch.

Hands down the best gym in Toronto. I’ve trained here for Aconcagua and Ama Dablam, and l will certainly train here before my next expedition. The staff are always friendly and ensure that you are having a good time. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are dedicated to helping you reach your training goals. Nothing comes close to training at Altitude Athletic.

Altitude Athletic Training is an excellent facility to get your workout at. It is a modern, tech-forward, beautifully designed space with top-notch equipment, and all the while you get that extra edge of a simulated altitude environment. What makes this space even more special is the people that fill it. The team is a lovely bunch. Always so positive and always there for support.

Before joining Altitude, I could never get enough self motivation to consistently go to a gym and feel confident in my exercises. At Altitude however, I have an enormous appreciation for my coaches for getting me started and, planning and tracking a much kinder, yet challenging, approach to working out. Their support and positive feedback helped my motivation, strength, and energy levels to having a daily active fitness lifestyle despite how busy my day gets. The best gym!! I’ve been working here for almost a year now, for many reasons. The top one is that I love the team and coaches.

Everyone is super friendly and attentive to everyone’s goals & needs. Whenever you have a question about your exercise, any of the coaches will patiently show you the form & things to look out for. And the high-altitude chamber is a great way to improve your cardio performance & strength!
