I’ve trained at Altitude for a few years and for several different objectives (4000-6000m peaks, trekking, endurance goals, strength goals). The tailored and personal approach allowed me to be in the best physical and mental shape for each objective. The gym truely is a community of like minded people and stepping in motivates you to push yourself. The staff and trainers are phenomenal (Josh and Gustavo specifically) and I would recommend the gym to anyone seeking to push themselves !!!!!
