What’s Included
1. Custom Performance Assessment
The Custom Performance Assessment is the critical first step in building your personalized training program. By evaluating your fitness, movement patterns, and specific goals—whether it’s for general health, mountaineering, endurance, or power— we gather the essential information needed to design an effective, tailored plan. Assessments will be customized based on the following categories:
Wellness
Includes InBody body composition, VO, max testing, force-plate-based strength and balance testing, grip strength, mobility screening, and additional metrics to assess overall fitness and wellness.
Mountain
For hikers and mountaineers, this includes an InBody assessment, mobility testing, Mountain Readiness Assessment, altitude sensitivity testing, and force-plate analysis of key movements such as single-leg balance with pack to assess readiness for hiking and climbing demands.
Endurance
For endurance athletes, this assessment is selected based on your primary discipline and goals and may include either a Running or Cycling Performance Assessment. Testing evaluates aerobic capacity (VO, max and ventilatory thresholds), movement efficiency, strength and power using force plates, and mobility. Results are used to establish individualized training zones and inform structured, goal-driven endurance programming.
Strength & Power
Designed for hybrid athletes, this assessment evaluates explosive strength, movement quality, and overall performance capacity to identify key areas for improvement. It includes an InBody body composition analysis, a max-effort treadmill test (40 m sprint or VO₂ max), and a mobility assessment.
2. Personalized Training Program
Based on the results of your initial assessment, your coach will design a goal-oriented program tailored to your fitness level and athletic pursuit. Your program evolves based on your goals, needs, and training challenges.
Your unique program will be stored and tracked using our training app: the Technogym App. The app will guide you through the workouts on your program as you do them – showing you video demonstrations of the exercises, what exercise comes next and work/rest interval lengths.

Full Equipment Integration
Bike, treadmill or stairclimber workouts can be scanned into the equipment through a QR code. The equipment will automatically adjust speed, incline, resistance, etc. based on what has been prescribed in your workout that day
3. Strength and Conditioning Sessions
The Strength and Conditioning session is a monthly one-on-one experience with your coach, designed to guide you through major updates to your dynamic, personalized program. During each session, you’ll refine your technique, explore how the updated exercises align with your goals, and ensure your training remains effective and tailored to your needs.
Comprehensive Program Walkthrough
This is not a personal training session but a focused, in-gym opportunity to review your entire personalized program and ensure every aspect aligns with your goals.
Exercise Demonstration and Feedback:
Work directly with your coach to walk through and refine each updated exercise, gaining hands-on guidance and confidence in your training plan.
4. Personal Training Sessions
Each week, your coach will guide you through a full workout. Each session focuses on precision, progress, and performance – from proper technique to targeted exercises that maximize your time and effort. Your coach leads you through every aspect of the workout — from targeted warm-ups to fast-paced circuits — ensuring each minute is purposeful, effective and maximized the unique benefits of training in simulated altitude.
5. Unlimited Facility Access
Train as frequently as you like – follow your program in the gym or do your own workout in our performance-enhancing environment.
