Athletes participate in training camps in the mountains to trigger physical and mental benefits that can last for weeks. Looking for something closer to home? Altitude offers multi-week camp-style experiences that deliver the same benefits of real mountain air in the city.

What’s Included

Immerse yourself in altitude training with a small private group of friends, family or like-minded athletes. Camp members train 5 times per week, 60 minutes per session at a set time and altitude for 2, 3 or 4 week durations. Sessions can be structured by a coach for an extra fee or done open-gym style (although a staff member will always be present for assistance). Looking to track and monitor progress? Pre/post camp fitness testing is included in the price. Minimum of 4 participants required. 



  • Pre/post camp fitness testing including HRV measurements, VO2 Max Testing and Power Testing
  • 5×60 minute sessions per week 
  • Guided programming optional at an extra cost
