Immerse yourself in altitude training with a small private group of friends, family or like-minded athletes. Camp members train 5 times per week, 60 minutes per session at a set time and altitude for 2, 3 or 4 week durations. Sessions can be structured by a coach for an extra fee or done open-gym style (although a staff member will always be present for assistance). Looking to track and monitor progress? Pre/post camp fitness testing is included in the price. Minimum of 4 participants required.
